Welcome to my shop ANNA KATKOVA STUDIO. By purchasing artwork from this website, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined below. These terms are in place to ensure clarity, fairness, and a smooth experience for both of us.

1. Ownership and CopyrightAll artwork, prints, images, and content on this website are the intellectual property of Anna Katkova. Purchasing a physical piece DOES NOT grant reproduction rights.You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or use any artwork for commercial purposes without written permission from the artist.

2. Product InformationaI do my best to ensure that product images and descriptions are accurate. However, due to differences in screen calibration, colors may vary slightly from what you see online.

• Original paintings are one-of-a-kind.
• Fine art prints are limited edition, signed and numbered by hand.

Some prints and originals use pastel, which may have slight natural smudging — this is part of the medium’s authentic character.

3. Shipping & Delivery
All artworks are shipped from Germany.
Delivery times vary depending on the nature of the piece, your location, and the time of year.
Please allow up to 3–4 weeks for fine art prints and drawings, and up to 5–6 weeks for original paintings or large-scale works.
Some pieces may arrive sooner, while others — especially originals or custom orders — may require a little extra time to ensure they are handled with the utmost care.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your destination and selected options.
Shipping is included in the price for original paintings.
You will receive tracking information once your order has been dispatched.
Thank you for your patience, and for supporting independent art.
Customs & Import Duties: International buyers are responsible for any customs, import fees, or taxes required by their country.

4. Returns & Refunds
All sales are final. Returns and exchanges are not accepted unless your item arrives damaged. In the rare case that damage occurs, please contact me within 7 days of receiving your order, including clear photos of the damage and the packaging.
Each case will be reviewed individually, and I’ll do my best to make it right.

5. Payments
All prices are listed in Euros (€) unless stated otherwise. Payment is securely processed via Shopify’s checkout system.
